-
how to define and search 3D patterns.
(June 2008)
- Direct
Server support: You may import PDB or ExPDB files, SwissProt and RefSeq entries
Electron Density Maps, Compounds, etc. into Swiss-Pdb Viewer directly from the network. (Revised June 2008)
- The Find
dialog has been improved (PROSITE pattern search)
allowing for mismatches.
Now download
the most recent version (4.0.1)
You might also want to download:
- The User Guide (pdf)
- The Tutorial Material
- The most recent version of the Prosite file (prosite.dat) and place it into the "_stuff_" directory.
- Download Pov-Ray. This step is useful only if you intend to make ray-traced images from your molecules.
