Note

The Manual for version 4.0 is not ready. However, it is still possible to download the Manual of version 3.7 which could still be very useful, as many of the basic functionnalities are described. Some functionalities are going to be missing from the Manual, and there will be some inconsistencies with the new version, especially with respect to the Layer Info Window which has been redesigned and expanded in version 4.0 For an up-to-date description of the new behavior of the various windows, it is advised to read the Help files accessible from the 'Help' Menu of Swiss-PdbViewer.
